Wow ... the last day of 2015. This year has flown by and Helen and I have been through many things this past year. But we fulfilled one of our long-term goals in being able to provide a warm, encouraging, motivating and positive environment for our Family, Friends, Coaches and Students to continue their Fitness Journey when we opened Core Evolution.
But the best is yet to come!
Our #1 Priority at Core Evolution is YOU! The Student comes FIRST! We know how valuable your time is, how important money is and we don't want to waste it. We want YOU to be healthy on the inside and on the outside and want to help YOU reach your full potential. We are here every day, 24/7, to guide you, hold you accountable, teach you, push you, motivate you, encourage you, correct you and be there for YOU! We will celebrate the highs with you, and celebrate the lows (weight, inches, etc.) with you, proudly post the post-workout selfies and proudly post the videos of you sweating like crazy.
There is a line in the movie, The Fast and The Furious, where Vin Diesel says, "I don't have friends ... I have Family." At Core Evolution, WE ARE FAMILY! We are here for each other, welcoming and encouraging one another and Helen and I wouldn't have it any other way.
As 2015 closes, we want to say "Thank You" for all of your hard work, not just in the gym, but also in helping us to accomplish one of our goals by opening Core Evolution. We would not be here today if it wasn't for all of YOU ... our friends, trainers, students ...
